Breezy

It’s always so windy on days I wear dresses… just like it always rains when I wear white.  Such is life, I suppose.

May really flew by, didn’t it?  It’s almost summer.  Here’s to the month that is fading and the month that hasn’t quite begun.

Sometimes you just have to break established fashion rules.  I don’t think I’m quite ready to wear red pants with a pink top anytime too soon; however, mixing clashing colors is actually tasteful on nails.  It’s bold and pretty without looking like you tried too hard (or not hard enough!) to be fashionable.

Instagram Spring Break

I know, I know, I’m a terrible blogger.  I shouldn’t have let spring break keep me from updating, but alas, it did.  In the hopes of making it up to you lovely people, here are a few Instagrammed snapshots of my wonderful, sun-soaked week in Alabama.

There you have it!  It went by so quickly, and I wish I was still in Alabama with my boyfriend… however, it’s great to be home. Spring break doesn’t end til Monday, which means I have a few more days of relaxation–and a few more days of posts for you guys before I head back to school!  Even though I will be in Chicago this weekend with the family, I will be a better blogger and keep you all updated.  Promise!!
